find a good pic on google and ask your stylist to give you the look. show her the picture, she will know exactly what to do. its just that easy. don't try to do it yourself.

well theres looks like they just grew it out and it just goes that way so if your hairs long and straight then you just have to leave it the way it is and if its curly you might want to straighten it a little

Well,if your hair is as short as your avatar,grow it out, then bring a picture of one of them to your barber.
