Dry nose + shaking sounds like she is either running a fever or is in pain ... please call your vet asap. If he's unavailable because it's the weekend, please seriously consider calling your local ER vet.

Good Luck !!

Your dog is likely overwhelmed and physically exhausted. Ask your vet about a canine version of Ensure which will help her milk production which in turn helps the puppies too. A dry nose does not always mean sick. It's a good idea to have your vet check her after having a large litter anyway and especially since she is shaking as you describe. There are too many things that could be wrong some of which are serious.

dry nose means shes not licking it. thats pretty much it. as for the shaking, she could be dehydrated, exhausted or running a fever, you should see a dr on this one.

Oooh yeah, she's definetly sick. Also check if she starts eating grass. That's also a major symptom. One word: Vet!
Also check if she's eating enough. 'Coz she needs to eat a lot to feed her pups.

She could have retained a dead puppy and is going into shock from infection.get her to a vet ASAP or she could die very quickly.
