solon and get the hight lights done? and.....will i get split ends even if the hair dresser promises me I WONT? sniff i f i will.........

I recommend that you let the stylist do ALL the chemical treatments. The stylist needs to know the product is a high quality color and is able to work with the products she/he is using along with the color. If you use a color or any other chemical the stylist loses "control" over what she is doing and cannot say how it is going to turn out with the certainty she would if she did it all with her products. If you get highlights that are not white blonde and are a caramel color your chances of not getting split ends are better. The longer the bleach is on your hair the higher the chances of split ends are going to be. So, if this is the first time you are going to a salon...make sure you go in for a consultation first. Find a stylist you like and is giving you the time of day. Keep going until you find someone you feel is on the same page as you and looks you in the eye...etc,etc. Good luck and God bless

Well i have that problem when i get highlights it causes split ends at the top of my head! Maybe they are to harsh for you, maybe you shouldn't get any at all. But if you are totally in to getting them, then this time maybe don't get as many, because they for sure will fry your hair. :) good luckâ£
P.S...i don't think you need to even out the color, just go and get them done!
