I mean I am sick of hearing people complain about how tough pregnancy is.. and expecting others to bend over backwards for them becuase they are pregnant..
I am sick of having people with kids complain about how little time they have for themself and the cost of raising kids.
I am talking about in real life not just the questions here
and yes I know I will get slammed and called selfish - but I had a kid - worked as a waitress up until 2 weeks before she was born - NEVER expected people to carry my load of the work share.. I didnt use the pregnant mom parking spots and stopped at one kid because I knew it was costly
so what I am asking is why do people get pregnant knowing what its about - then complain????

ya - I think the pregant mom parking spots are a joke - we have them - its stupid....they have parking spots for everything now.. I cant wait till they have parking spots designated for the color of your car or your favorite food

I never said I had an easy pregnancy.. I didnt.. plus her father died when she was 5 so that sucked too...

People get pregnant by "accident" or because "I wanted another baby". I too stopped at one, I had her young and am a single parent but I still managed to complete a degree course and then work full time.

People whine and complain because they know that someone will eventually hear them and come running to their aide. It's just a way of saying: " look at poor me I'm pregnant and helpless and I want and expect you to fuse over me hand over foot."
Well a real woman especially now a days with some raising children on there own love the responsibility of being a parent or becoming a parent. Which means doing whatever it takes to get the job done. My girlfriend did just that with know help from the father of her child, and is doing very well, and complains about nothing, expects nothing and desires nothing more than what is necessary.

I AM!!! Well, let me get you a cookie because you didn't have health problems with your pregnancy and because you "worked." Excuse me while i shove you off your soapbox. A LOT of women have health problems, honey. I had kidney issues the whole time, could hardly walk, let alone get out of bed and go to work. Ohhhh but i did until my 8th month. Am i looking for a pat on the back??? No. It is different for everyone. ANd MOST people like doing things for pregnant women, it's called kindness. You should look into that. Thank god i didnt have to park out in the boonies when I went to the store, or shopping, or to do my own errands. Or should i have just sent someone else to do those things for me? Get over it. It's a parking space. Get your fat butt over it and walk for Gods sake. Pregnant women only use it for nine months. Take a xanax.
And money??? Well, Sh$t happen sweetie. Have you looked at the economy lately?? You can be fine one week, and jobless the next. SO, yeah, i will complain. Looks like you need a relaity check, and next time you need to vent to someone, you should be put back into your place.

You really dont know what pregnancy is like til your already pregnant...People can explain it to you buts just not the same thing as experiencing it. If you dont like how people are complaining then maybe this just isnt the section you should be in....maybe you should family or some other section. Kids are costly and you never really realize how costly they are until you have one or two or three or even more...what if there special needs children and then they require even more care? how come we cant complain about hey i dont have time? i never have enough time during the day to do what i want but maybe getting on here and seeing what other people have to say is comforting to know im not the only one struggling with the only 24 hours a day. Opinions are like azzholes everyones got one!

i'm a waitress too and worked up until my son was born. i agree that there are a lot of women that use pregnancy as an excuse. however, i had a really easy pregnancy with no sickness or problems. i guess we are the lucky ones. not everyone has easy pregnancies and some women need those parking spaces.
