Because it is not necessary for us to know Enocs writings. Everything we need to know is in the Bible.

Enoc was God's favorite. God wants us to learn from each other. If Enoc wrote his thoughts down we would have not believed him, And he probably would have been killed. My feeling was he was way ahead of his time. He was kind of like the goose that laded the golden egg. And God knew we'd screw it up!.

Are you talking about the book of Enoch, which is part of the Apocrypha? The reason it wasn't included was that it was written too far after the fact, did not seem to be divinely inspired, and could not be proven to have been written by Enoch himself.

The purpose of the Council of Nicea, mentioned below, was not so much to debate the Canon (as that happened earlier), nor the divinity of Christ, but as to whether or not Jesus WAS God.
The Old Testament Canon was agreed upon at least 200 years before Christ's birth. The New Testament Canon was agreed upon around 125 AD, NOT 200 years after that (Constantine and the Council of Nicea.)
I DO know church history, thank you.

Maybe Enoch didn't have any writings. God loved Jesus, but there are no books penned by Jesus in the Bible, although a lot of the Bible is about him.

Because the Bible was not put together by GOD but Man! I will say it again until people hear it: Council of Nicea 325 AD! Constantine ! Why are Xians so afraid to learn the history of there own BOOK? Is your faith really that weak?

For the same reason that the Gospel of Thomas is not in the Bible.
For the same reason that the Gospel of Judas is not in the Bible.
For the same reaon that the Deuterocanonical books are in the Catholic Bible and not the Protestant,

The Canon of the Bible was chosen by men, not God.

God bless you, your entire family and all your enemies; don't forget: God is Love.

ahhh, but He did.
In the final book written before Revelation. The book of Jude.
14 Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, 15 to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”
Apostates Predicted

16 These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. 17 But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: 18 how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. 19 These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.
Maintain Your Life with God

20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
22 And on some have compassion, making a distinction;[d] 23 but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire,[e] hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.
Glory to God
24 Now to Him who is able to keep you[f] from stumbling,
And to present you faultless
Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,
25 To God our Savior,[g]
Who alone is wise,[h]
Be glory and majesty,
Dominion and power,[i]
Both now and forever.
Amen.
