Although these were interesting and gave lots of info, I still wonder:
Why is it she and I can eat the same things, same amount, and I go twice a day and she once every few days? hmmm points to ponder.

it is probably because your friend has constipation( no jokes intended) . however it may also be so because the rate of body metabolism varies from person to person. ask yourself whether you lead a more active life than that of your friend. anyway, from a medical perspective, going to poo twice a day is healthier than going once in a few days. your friend should get his/her problem properly taken care of by a doctor.

It depends on the amount of fiber you consume as well as how you body breaks this down. Your genetics can affect that. Also you may not be drinking as much water as she is or you my sweat more than she does. Your kidneys may be more efficient or less efficient than hers. There are so many factors involved in this that you are just lucky you can go poo at least once a day.
