It is true be friends and then you will be automatically be drawn to each other. I will suggest that no matter how strong a friendship you make refrain from sex cause the Lord abhors sex before marriage. You will be respected better if you refuse to sleep with him

It's true if your friendship is based on a mutual physical attraction for each other. If it's based on actual friendship stuff that it usually will not work. You'll start to think of him as more as a brother or something.

trust and friendship are two very important things in any relationship. i personally feel that friends-first is the best way to really get to know someone.
being in a relationship can be stressful and you often feel you can't always be yourself..
