Both are very good companies... and have very good reputations... I've installed both...
Although... my personal preferance isn't either one... I personally love Tarkett flooring... it is a much thicker floor... and a good bit more durable... it resists impacts and tearing... because it isn't paperbacked (like Armstrong and Congoleum)... it has a foam backing... can be installed either as a floating floor in a glue down application...

I'm a huge fan of Armstrong. the more u pay the better the quality of the product.
