Hi There

You need better circulation in your system. Drink ginger tea (buy real ginger) or eat some cayenne peppers. Both are the best at getting new blood into areas that needs it.

Best of health to you

Cheers

The burning sensation could be a sign of other symptoms like a disc, a nerve being pinched but, you say your hands also. I'm going to suggest you see your doctor. There's a symptom of the heart called "Riyadh's syndrome" It's a little understood sign of the smaller vessels of the extremities closing and not getting enough blood to the hands and feet. This is caused be cold temperatures, sudden shock, a loud strident noise, for instance. Like I said, it's not understood very well as with most diseases.

Good luck and, see your doctor, don't let it go.

Sounds like athletes foot.
Try some anti fungal spray or powder.
