The second and final coming of Jesus (peace be upon him) as Judge as at the End Times is one of what the Muslims believe about Jesus. However it is not recorded in the Qur'an as you mentioned but it is recorded in one of the saying of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) which is recorded as authentic from a line of trustworthy narrators.

The saying goes something like this:
"At the end of times, Jesus will descend upon the earth. He will break the cross, kill the pigs and become a just Judge."

Some Muslim scholars interpretation on this saying is: "Jesus will not break the cross one by one and also kill the pigs one by one which is quite impossible but rather it signifies that people will turn into the folds of Islam in abundance leaving their old beliefs. He will then become a worldly Judge for humans not of his own will but of the will of He who send him which is Almighty God."

Hope this answers your question.

I'm not sure if it's in the Quran, but there are a lot of Hadiths that say that Jesus will return to be a just judge (not Judge with a capital J).

Muslims believe in the second coming of Jesus and also the falsehood of the anti-Christ. Did you know that? Both Sunnis and Shias believe this, but this theme is more central for the Shias, like the Jews and their Savior.

Then his successor, Joseph Rutherford in 1920 revealed a tract entitled "hundreds of thousands Now residing will in no way Die" says that Jesus' coming could be in 1925. Then Nathan Knorr, Rutherford's successor, mentioned that Jesus' return for September 5, 1975. After Jesus did not come on that date he replaced the date to October 31. After those 5 failed dates Robert Jackson in November of 1995 only says, "we live in the time of the tip" See Christianity on the instant, Feb. 5, 1996.

No, He will come back as the Lord of Lords and King of Kings as the Bible predicts and every knee will bow and every tongue will confess, that He is Lord for the honiour of God.
