HOLY COW!!! These people claim to be installers?!?!?!?

From the head units RCA outputs to the amplifiers RCA inputs is how it's wired.

In other words an OUT ALWAYS goes to an IN.

Now if both units have both IN/OUT, DO NOT connect In/Out both ways just one way. Always go from the source to the signal receiving unit.

i agree with the installer above. Being an installer myself, i would just try it. Working with the round RCA (a/v jacks), you are still working with electricity, but very low levels. And, the amp (supposedly aftermarket), will just not work (or not work properly). You will know within seconds if it'll perform at that config or not. Almost all aftermarket amps (esp. in these days) have protection for that sort of improper hookup anyway. I have never had an amp quit just because you got the low-level inputs wrong. Second note: I would NOT however just try high-level inputs. They are smaller and will normally require a "pigtail" of wires to connect. They use higher levels of juice (signal straight off the speaker outs of the stereo), should be the wattage per speaker of your stereo, and they require a much higher restance. AKA more juice than you should ever "just try" anything.

People are going to need more info to answer that one. It really all depends on how it is wired. It shouldnt hurt anything if you were to turn your radio up a little and plug it in to the spots until you get sound. Just dont do that with the radio turned up all the way. Check the inputs first. That is where they most likely fell out of.

th cables from the unit in your dash goes to the input of your amp. Here's a tip an output always feeds an input and an auxillary is usually an input.
