Now the top of my head is like all split ends, and i try putting hair spray on it to keep it down, but nothing will work...any suggestions?

When they highlight your hair, they are pulling the color and some of the vitamins and nutrients out of your hair, making it dry and frizzy. I suggest
a deep conditioning shampoo and/or a leave in conditioner.
