Why Do WOMEN do THIS?

Question

When your dating, why DO women Make you jump through loops and run a marathon to GET them, even if they say they like you oh so much, lol?

I'm tired of chasing her and I'm about to give up, but I can't because I know she likes and I like her, but THESE GAMES are so annoying. :)

Maybe she just likes spending time with you and isn't ready to commit. Are you in such a hurry? It's possible that these "tests" are a way of stalling as you push her to make a decision she's not ready to make.

No matter how much you like someone, trust is something that is built up through a time investment. Perhaps she needs more time than you- if you really care for her, you'll respect that.

If you find yourself waiting for her responses, focus your energy on something else. Go hiking, read a book. It never pays to obssess over another person. The only reason to be with someone else is so you have someone to share your joys and discoveries with- if you have none and make none outside of that person, your relationship will have nowhere to grow except into resentment.

And I can't stress enough, it isn't about GETTING or aquiring another person- that attitude reduces the other person to little more than a token to play against your insecurities, and THAT is your GAME.

But anyway, why are you asking all these strangers for their advice? Don't listen to them or me. Why don't you ask her? Don't get defensive, and don't ask like it's an accusation (i.e., "WHY ARE YOU PLAYING GAMES???!!); just tell her how you feel, and that you're confused by certain things she's doing- give examples. Maybe she's not as interested as you are, and by asking these questions you risk finding out an answer you don't want to hear. So what? Finding out is much better than suspecting.

This is just what you want man! Woman, "make the guy chase" when they really like you, and want you to like them even more. Also with the "loops" thing, this is the way they quiz the guy and make sure they like him. It's the way they can tell your personality and see how far you would go for her. My advice is that you stop "chasing" her, and maybe shell chase you.

no man! you have to b in control in a relationship cuz that the role of a true man. yes, ur mommy might have taught u that being a "nice guy" is good, but what a woman really wants (actually they don't even realize this) is a man that is in control. y? cuz there's plenty of men that r more than happy to fulfill their wishes. and i call those ppl puppyz. don't b a puppy man! get ur life together, walk tall (even if ur not that great looking), shoulders back, suck it in. and don't trade ur power for their approval. k, forget everything i've said. do it ur own way, puppy. ;)

Start to play it cool, once you stop jumping through hoops she will probably start to return some of the effort in the relationship if she really wants it to work.

i dont know why some women do this i have never asked a guy to do any jumping through hoops for me anyway the only thing i could think of is maybe they have been hurt bad in the past and they just want to know for sure that you do really like them for them and not to get in their pants or something like that

If shes playing hard to get, stop chasing. She is playing this game because she likes the way you are pursuing her. But the minute you stop, she will wonder why and probably start calling you.

Turn the tables on her and be the one pursued.

At this point you are a pleasant diversion. The guy she will go nuts for will be the one who acts like he couldn't care less whether she likes him or not.
