I have heard that people can learn to sleep less than they need to by some excersises. In the end of six months, a person can sleep 10 minutes, which would be equal to a normal persons 8 hour sleep. Any idea where i can details or any one know how to??

I am not trying to kill myself:)
but this thing I'm asking is about concentrating and getting the sleep you need in a shorter time
