Alan Minter was the former world Middleweight champion, the guy who Marvin Hagler beat to become world middleweight champion back in the early eighties. Im pretty sure he never did bare knuckle boxing though, unless as said in the answer above there is someone else of the same name?. He retired years ago but is still involved in boxing, i think he currently trains his son Ross who is an up and coming fighter.

Bare knuckle boxing? Alan Minter retired in 1981 or 82, and only boxed with gloves (unless there are 2 fighters with the same name). He represents himself , as do all professional boxers, since they fight for a living. He did represent Great Britain as an amateur boxer and I think he won a bronze medal at the 1972 Olympics in Munich.
