no such thing as an enlisted military officer. and the only way to find out is if you are a immediate relative and have some legitimate need to know. you would also need a great deal of personal information, such as their Social Secuirty Number, full name and last known duty station. Without any of that information, you will be unabel to secure the knowledge you seek. PERSEC is very important, and they will not just hand out names and locations willy nilly.

Write to the Pentagon. In care of the branch of service. In Care of Public Affairs. They will be able to tell you. Of course you will need to give them a reason of why you are asking for his status and your relationship to him.

By The Way. You can not be an "Enlisted" military "Officer" You are either an enlisted member, A Non-Commissioned Officer or a Commissioned Officer. Commissioned Officers are not enlisted. while a Non-Commissioned Officer is enlisted.

Try to contact that person's family. Otherwise you will have to be able to come up with a really good reason for the military to release somebody's personal information to you.
