No. If you have a thick skin, let it work for you, you can date outside of your league. My first girlfriend approached my by saying 'I'm really into sex, we should do it sometime'. Pretty aggressive.
It is a turn off when you can't turn it off. I will dump a girl on a first date or any time after if she flirts with other guys when she is with me.
Two thumbs up to you. I hate that women for the most part will give no clue that she is available or interested. They expect guys to be mind readers. They get impatient when a guy seems attracted but never asks her out. Is flabbergasted when a guy she is not attracted to does ask her out.

Yes, so show the decorum of a lady. Introduce yourself, talk about banal & open/current thoughts for the day (that is, make small talk) and see if the young man you like has the mentality to keep up with you as a human being.
If so go to being humans doing; go out in company, a group. If you're very interested, follow your infatuation and go alone somewhere with him.
Flirting is a wonderous item. But you must remember some young men still follow the chauvinist ideals:
"Well, if she wore that (revealing item) then she meant to be touched/molested/felt-up... ect."; "She's a tease; show her 'no' means 'yes', and show her who's the Man'... "
- and all this other tripe. Boys/teens are filled with this rubbish hourly and are unable to understand that love and repect come with emotional connections. Just because she flirts with you doesn't mean she's going to be yours. These little thoughts have to be in the back of your head sometimes as the news proclaims the number of young women injured by men thinking one thing and the contention was another, so don't flirt too aggressively.
Show a smile, not cleavage. Show your smart, not your legs. Dance with him like you would a brother, not a lover. And always, "NO means No"; if he can't fathom that they dump/lose/block/keep away from or call the police.
Everyone should have fun, and a smile. Noone should be injured trying to know their fellow human being.
Good luck!
Jaime

ummmm there is no such thing as being too aggressive in flirting because if your an aggressive flirter...your to the "flirting with your hands in his pants" stage right? Don't know any guy that would be turned off by that. The only turn off with flirting is if your not flirting with the guy that's turned off, because your flirting with someone else.........does that make sense?

Nothing is wrong if you are trying to get what you want. Some like it others don't. A lot tell thier friends or others but just won't tell the one they want. It becomes a turn off when it is more like stalking.

It's better not to. If a man is really outstanding, which is as rare as hen's teeth, just be friendly, that's all.
