An entertainment center to put it all in? Maybe a portable DVD player?

Just so he doesn't return your gift, as most parents don't know what clothes to buy (experience talking) why not get him a gift card from on of his favourite stores. You can still fill a stocking for him as he won't have much to open and put some nice things in it. Or you could go shopping with his girlfriend who may know better what it is that he would like, or one of his buddies. It's damn hard buying for kids that age, but I remember being that age once myself and majority of clothes that were purchased I returned as did my three sons and I'm sure my granddaughters will in a few more years. Ha! Have fun shopping and hope Santa is good to you and yours.

Christmas is tough. Our girls want iPods, our 18 yo Dillon is impossible to buy for! He has every electronic & game you could possibly imagine, so we have decided on something he can use at college. All of his friends have scooters, so we are looking at a couple of different options.

My Teenagers always prefer the money to buy exactly what they want, I usually get something else too for a surprise like a piece of jewelery.

When in doubt, you can not go wrong with two things (sorta) 1) Ask his friends what he is wanting. or 2) Get him a 100 gift card. (and from like wal mart, not bed n bath lol)

You should get him the Play Station 3 it is expensive like 700.00, but what teen boy does not want one of those games.

I would suggest a MP3 player or an X-box. If he has both, purchase some games for his X-box and maybe some shoes.
