I have a delicious recipe for shredded chicken sandwiches

1-2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken.
1-2 lg. cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 box of chicken flavor stuffing
Salt - pepper to taste

Boil your boneless skinless chicken for about 2-3 hours . ( or if you need a quicker fix . .. then replace the raw chicken with the fully cooked cans of sweet annie shredded chicken .)

When chicken is fully done , drain the broth off , remove from heat , add your can of mushroom soup . While your chicken and mushroom get's warm , make your chicken stuffing as directed by the box .

When you have all that taken care of you mix them all together . Let it get warm ... remove from heat and eat immediatly .. or you can refridgerate it for 2-3 days , or may be frozen for 1 month.

Hope you enjoy !

Curry Chicken and rice

4 skinned boneless chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups incooked rice, 1 can celery soup, 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, (1 can cream of mushroom soup is so desired), curry seasoning

Fix the soup like you normally would, adding all the water the can recommends, season with about 1 1/2 tsp curry. Skin and wash chicken, coat with butter. Pour rice into 9x11 pan (glass works best), season with about 2 tsp of curry, pour soup over rice and mix well, lay chicken on top and bake, uncovered, at 350 for about 1 hour. Umm Umm Good!

boil chicken, (also cook some chicken flavored rice seperately) take the boiled chicken shred and put aside. in a skillet saute some butter and valdaia onions(sweet onions-chopped) after the onions are soft add 2 cans of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of mushroom. Add shredded chicken and let cook on low heat after about5-10 minutes then u can either mix it up with the rice or eat seperately and there you go Chicken Supreme

Beer butt chicken... If you never had it before, you got to try it!!! It will be the most moist chicken you ever had... Of course you really need to do it out on the grill for the best results. Otherwise, I take chicken pieces and marinate them about 6 hours with Kikkoman Teryaki marinade and grill them (you could also do them in your oven) serve with a little green onion and jasmine rice....

I'm for good old-fashioned roast chicken. Season the whole bird, put it in the oven and enjoy. Tasty, low fat. Served with a salad and veggies, a yummy, healthy meal. And the leftovers are great for chicken salad or chicken and rice.
