Best cars for driver with lower back pain

I would recommend a Citroen, I have been in lots of different car and I can say that when you are in a Citroen you just fit, it is comfortable.

Like you, I also suffer from lower back pain. I drive a Jeep, which has good back support. If I'm taking a lengthy drive outside the city, I like to pack along a small pillow or even a pair of gloves (when the back gets sore, I just place either in between the vehicle seat and the small of my back and - instant relief!).
