i am healthy weighs nearly 115 kg.being a girl i look very bad.i want to improve my image. thanks

i think if you can wait for a little more time then you shouldnt go for fast waight loss as it can be hazardous to your health and you may again gain weight in a few more days
i think its more impo to stay healthy then in shape
so y not losse weight in a healthy way

do regular exercise , yoga , diet
join gym , have a personal tainer if u can afford it
and reduce weight in about 6 months and you ll remain healthy for rest of your life if you take balanced diet from then
else u may gain weight immidiately as you stop exercising and also such diets are really depressing so very difficult to follow

6 months are nothin
give time to your body and u ll be prased
dont try to lose weight fastly else you may gain weight again in a few days

and for god sake dont take any pills at any cost

u should take lots of roughage containing foods as green leafy vegitables, sprouted cereals daily
alongwith plentyof water.
5km brisk walk in morning.Eat little but freqently.Don't have zunk/fast,spicy food.avoid sweets as u can.Don't sleep in day time. You may get very good results within few days.I

ITs just go for the VLCC are go everywhere U GO please walk a lot then U Can reduce the weight easily also dont use the lift while climbing the stairs

Eat veggies.........they have almost no calories and they are good for you.......stay away from sodas, candy, chips or other "naughty" foods. You will drop the weight like a bad habit.

You should certainly lose weight but not vary fast.The rate should be gradual over a period.

dont eat anything till 3 days just drink water it;s hard but it does works

did it get on fast or over a period of time..........if it takes time to gain weight than it probably takes time to reduce weight.......no quick solutions.............eat healthy , avoid sweets , oily food , etc.........and ofcourse regular excercise just as you can manage on regular basis .....not do one day and rest for another.................

how long does it take you to get to this state? it'll take you twice as long to loose them, with plenty of hard work, no short cuts sorry.
