Add some cream or yoghurt. Yoghurt is often part of asian dishes for this reason. U can also serve it aside if you have other people that do like hot food. Those that want hot can eat hot, and those that want to tone it down can add yoghurt to taste. The risk here is if someone tastes first and its so hot that it spoils the entire meal so teh safe option may be u adding the yoghurt before serving till you get the chili to a safe zone

A yoghurt sauce would go well with it, and the fat in the yoghurt will cool down the chilli heat - mix natural yoghurt with lemon juice or white wine vinegar, chopped fresh mint and ground black pepper. Add liberally as a garnish but don't mix in.

You can make it less hot too to suit your taste! To reduce the intensity of chilli, add lemon juice, sugar and salt. You may also add some yoghurt or cream.
