Make an eating plan for the next day each evening. Include plenty of filling health foods. Do not totally deprive yourself of junk food or you will be resentful, and then go and eat a lot of them. Instead, plan what one junk food you will eat the next day and the amount. Write it down. Use some visual reminder like a string around your finger. When you have the urge, the string is to remind you that you can have one serving of junk food that day.

Also work on changing your thinking about food. Instead of seeing junk food as a reward or some kind of comfort, ask yourself this question each time before you eat, "Will this food create health or destroy it?"

You can use affirmations throughout the day. "I love my body, so I feed it nourishing foods and beverages." OR "I am creating health through the food choices I make."

When you crave junk food, take a look at what else is going on in your life at the moment. Are you feeling lonely or tired? Are you angry or resentful? What are you feeling?

When you do have your one junk food a day, eat it slowly. Savor it. Hold it in your mouth. Notice the flavor, temperature and texture. Eat like this is the last time you will ever have this food and you are trying to imprint the experience in your memory. This is mindful eating.

eat a little bit at a time. only buy the small bag of chips, or take the leftovers to a dumpster and wait. the more you eat the more you'll want it so regulate yourself and don't have access to it for a few days. the intense cravings will go away after the sugar, etc is out of your system. after that its more just a mental craving that you have to control.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
