So, I've been dating my boyfriend for 3 months now. He says he loves me a lot, but he has an ex that he dated for 3 years. They are still very close, but he says he's over her (plus, she lives across the country). Last night, though, I found a text message that he sent to her on his phone, and it said, "I luve you." What do I do? Is this something I should worry about?

Well hun I would confront him about it unless you don't want him to know that you were snooping and reading his text messages on his phone. I think that if he really loves you he will not pay attention to his ex. The green eyed monster sometimes gets the better of us when the ex is involved! I think that she is trying to pursue him because he has finally found someone to replace her in his heart. Woman sometimes do that!

It is always hard to get over a serious relationship, so try to be sympathetic on that note. How long ago did they break up? Tell him that you can see he still has feelings for her, that you are not comfortable, and that you want to give him some space to figure out what he wants. I know it's hard, sweetie, but you can't act like it doesn't bother you, because it does, as it should. Good luck.

yea tell him to get lost. He is not being mature and you don't ned that kindof thing in your life. He can not be trusted and neither can you. What are you looking through his phone for anyway. He won't be able to trust you either.
Words to live by: Men are like busses they come along every ten minutes. tell him your taking another bus because this one broke down and you want a new one.

I would say so!!! Either he is in a relationship with you or not!!!! He needs to figure out which woman he really wants. Also, if he is doing things like this, what else is he doing behind your back??? I would be rethinking this relationship very seriously. Good Luck.

I think you need to talk to him about it.
It's one thing to still be friends with an ex boyfriend or girlfriend, but to send texts saying I love you is another thing.
Suck it up that you looked at his cell and talk to him about it.

Confront him.. He needs to know that you've seen it and you need to know why there's this type of communication going on. Are you okay with him speaking to his ex?
This can become a major trust issue.. Please Discuss it with him now so that you can get the air clear between you two..

if you love him-stay with him
