Get away from home if you want to study. Go to the library, or some other place you are not used to.

And do not over read one subject!!!
First do some algebra, for may be 20 minutes, read 2-3 topics of science, some geometry for 30 minutes or more , english and french in between, etc.....

If you feel you are reading between the lines, dont force, change subjects and read another!

AND REMEMBER!!!
Its not all about how long you read for, Its how much you remember or understand at the end of day!

All my life I have been reading for less time than others who read overnite and so on, but beaten all!

If something comes to mind wen reading, close the books and do something else for a couple minutes then get back to read. Otherwise you will read all the books and fail to understand a thing!

Good Luck!@@

Dedicate time! Prepare a space and get lots of rest before hand.
I actually read my "memorization" parts into a tape recorder and listened to them while I slept. THE FRENCH is great that way. Flash card -homemade.

The math and science- ask for practice problems and memorize those formulas. Write them down, several times and stare at them. You can take a mental photograph of them.

English- read aloud and highlight those important parts and make a list of the "ideas" generated by the literature. Be sure to remember a few specifi details, so when you write your essay, you can add some flair. Example: I loved the way that Brenda wore her favorite red dress to a black tie affair. It was a bold move to be the only woman in a formal red dress in a sea of black and white. John was sure to sense that she was looking for his attention, with that agrressive statement of attire and character.

Best wishes!
Time management is the best thing you can do.
Arrange your time and please put PLAY for three hours in there each day, or you will be exhausted. Eat well, not crap food, you need that fuel to learn and retain that information.

I actually tape recorded myself-"self hypnosis"
This process is easy, I am relaxed and confident. I am prepared and can easily recall all the information. I am clever and can figure out those anwsers that I'm not sure about. I will not second guess myself and accept that I will understand the complexity of the question the first time.
