it says: "hi, how are you who are you? I suppose you are not from poland because if you were from poland you would reply hi how are you". - end of translation.

Comments: a bit primitive form of polish slang.

Well, this is tricky. I am bilingual in Polish and English, and as far as I know, there is no such word as "Siemank(o)" I have asked my Aunt and she also says she doesn't know that word. We think it might be a mispelling of "ziemanko" ... which means "a person from the same country", but are not sure.
If it is "ziemanko"; the paragraph would read as follows:
"Well, country-woman, who exactly are you? Because it seems to me that you are not from Poland, because if you were from Poland, you would have written your country-woman."
Hope this helps!

Victor is correct. Siemanko, just means hey what's up or how are you. It is slang. Jak sie masz? You can say siema also.

I don't know what "siemanko" means but it says

(Siamanko who are you? It seems to me that you are not polish because if you were polish then you would write siemanko)
