I was thin eating the way I did (junk, fast food , pizza, candy, chips) and I never ever got fat. But now I want to be more healthy. I don't know what to eat. I had some baby carrots and an apple , and pretzle twists. I don't like salad dressing but I can eat them plain. Also I'm looking in the fridge and I'm really confused. Like is spagetti ok to eat and chicken? What should I reletivly stay away from? Also when I'm at school is a turkey lettuce and monzerella sub ok? I won't get chips or cookies and stuff that sticks out as "junk food"but the regular things is what I'm confused about. Thanks for the help!

Baby carrots and apple are good. Try adding more fruits and veggies to your diet. Eating a variety of nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans is also a good idea. Salad is good but don't add too much dressing because they aren't exactly healthy. For snack try adding bread made of grains (not the white one and one without preservatives) and use natural food spread! Eating spaghetti and chicken should be ok if you eat in moderation.

i think it is great that you want to be healthy. sometimes being thin is not necessarily a sign of being healthy. some people are just naturally thin, and will burn off whatever they eat. carrots and apples and pretzels are good for you. salads are also good. it's great that you can eat them plain. i have to have lots of dressing on mine. spaghetti is healthy also. even the four cheese spaghetti sauces are very low in fat. the turkey sub should be ok also, just use mustard instead of mayo. that is where most of the fat comes from on sandwiches, and if they have wheat bread opt for that. healthy food can be good too, you just have to find what you like.

You could by no means have the power to do any variety of undertaking should you handiest ate a bowl of cereal. You ought to ingest energy to have any power in any respect. If you don't have any power, you thus are not able to exercise. It would additionally potentially get to the factor whilst your frame could now not also have ample power (energy) to position, and could simply variety of close down. So I totally suggest towards even attempting this. Just difference your vitamin if fundamental to comprise the entire fundamental meals corporations. You ought to ingest "well" energy (carbs, protiens, and many others.) the ones will deliver you all of the power you ought to exercise and construct muscle tone, however it's going to additionally make you thinner considering the fact that you're now not striking plenty of fatty and sugary materials into your frame. Good good fortune :)
