Just go to a normal dating site. Don't mention the epelepsy. Arrange a date like everyone else does.
If you are likely to have a ceasure during a date, it might be worth mentioning it off hand at the begining of the date, so that she knows what to do. But otherwise it shouldn't be a problem.

u should be able to use same places. Any kind of girl u really want and is a nice girl date people that r kind and fun and not if he has epelepsy or not
