what are the tweaks on a fs BM bike?

like tire pressure frame size. im 5,1 ooooooooooooooo And is there any one who has a bmx bike that they would like to sell really cheap i mean really cheap or give away i like it in no less then ment cond. because under that it is not worth fixing thanks to all who answer with a good answer.
