Aliyah (עלייה, "rising") is the name for migration of Jews to Israel.
Zionism is the ideology who supports Israel as a Jewish state. The Zionists were the Jews who built Israel.

As others have said, the term is "Alyiah" which actually means "to go up." The term is also used when congregants go up on the bimah (raised area at front of sanctuary) to read from the Torah scroll. The honor is called an "alyiah."
