ok, this has happened 3 times. i dont drink water very often, so i think it might be due to dehydration. like i was sitting in church, and all of a sudden, it felt like something had passed into both ears, and i could barely hear the speaker, then it went away. i would prefer doctors to answer.

drinking water often is something you should always do but the problems seem more serious than that tumor maby

Although I am a huge advocate of hydrating your body, I cannot think of any reason that would cause an intermittent hearing loss. Tell me more about your problem... When does it occur? Do you hear a ringing or buzzing sound? Do you feel any pain or have a Headache?
