I noticed the lower teeth gum line is lower and it seems the gum shrinked.

I was sick and lost alot of weight eariler. I'd low nutrition too. I was stress out too. I think that was the cause.

Do u think if i eat more and not stress will my gum build up where it was just like muscle?

gum shrinkage or receding gums are part of aging.

Your gums recede due to gum disease. Once they receed due to accumulated plaque they do not come back by themselves.

..I would suggest you go the a Dentist and get them cleaned and see if he thinks you need to see a gum specialist.

...The sooner you get this under control the better. You need your teeth to last a lifetime and gum disease is the biggest cause of loss of teeth.

some swringage is normal and due to aging but it sounds like this did not occur gradually over many years so it does not sound age related.

Try taking some CoQ10, it really works wonders for your gums.
