It is nice to see a woman ask that. Most of the time they ask other women!! Here are my thoughts for what they are worth...
Brains, self confidence and then looks. You may be the best looking gal around but without the first two you are a nicely wrapped but empty package!
When dating I really appreciate someone who has taken time to look their best and this does not mean having all the current fashions and accessories.
Odd I have not mentioned sex, why? Well people who have the above qualities will discover and understand each others needs and go for each other like crazy!!!

Just dont try being something you're not. My husband really likes my hands, a ladies hands can do just about anything in a sexy, sensual way. Well manicured hands are essential because you will be doing many things with your hands, and not in sexual ways either. You hands should be soft and touchable, men really like that.
