Sorry, I'm not a lady, but a guy who has rubbed a lot of feet in search of future reward. I also do Shiatsu relaxing back massage for the same reason.
If both of you have a foot fetish, that's OK.
Or if you do and he caters to it, still good.
Or if he is into it and you don't care, it still might work.
