Everyone gets stressed out, but everyone does not have bipolar symptoms which are much more severe than just being stressed.

If you have vast mood swings, possibly with manic states or very depressive states that prompt you to do things that can damage you financially, physically or emotionally, that is bipolar. Without treatment of medication and therapy, you stand a good chance of causing yourself and those you love a great deal of pain. With treatment and therapy, you stand a good chance of having a much more enjoyable life.

The key is this; get the best possible diagnosis, get a second opinion just to satisfy your doubts. Then follow the medication plan and get therapy. Never stop taking the pills even when you feel better because you are feeling better BECAUSE of the pills. So many bipolars stop meds when they feel better thinking they are cured. Nope. It is the meds doing their job.

If you have biopolar, accept that fact, deal with it wisely with help and live a better life. Good luck.

"they" make money buy prescribing drugs and removing body parts. I live in constant stress, I love life. there are many situations daily that could drive me over the edge. I live for today, tomorrow may never arrive. took a lot of practice. I am accussed today of being uncaring.
but life is too short, to get lost in things beyond my control. meds don't cure the world, my thinking, cures my outlook.
Learn to love life, with all its trials, and meds can be taken by the doctors!
