Is that normal? To be only 13 with yellow teeth? What should she do about? I'd reccomend for her to do anything that doesnt reccomend her going to the dentist because that'll be kinda embarrasing.. What products should she use? She brushes her teeth everyday for 1-2 minutes, morning and night I make sure of that. She has a very healthy body and few cavities.. so what should she do? what products are best for her?

Have they always been yellow? Some people's teeth are naturally yellow. At least that's what a dentist told someone I know with yellowish teeth. If this is the case, whitening won't help much. Otherwise, keeping away from things that stain the teeth might help, or using a straw to bypass the teeth. By the way, it shouldn't be embarrassing to see the dentist for this problem. He looks at yellow teeth all day long, and could probably tell her what is causing it better than anyone here.

Umm, who told you it would be embarrassing to go to the dentist? It is very important for your health (or your sisters as you say). What happens when something abnormal happens with her body? Is she going to skip the doctor and not find out what it is because of embarrassment? My advise is to go to a dentist, get her teeth cleaned and he can check for cavities or anything else. Then HE can suggest what the best product would be to use.

When my teeth get yellow I brush them in baking soda. I pour some into my hand and add a little water to make a paste. My daughter says that eating strawberries help.

she need to see a dentist, you should have your teeth cleaned at least twice a year, which will help the color of them. ummm crest white strips will also bleach them and restore the color back, that may be an option to try before going to the dentist, but i would highly recommend going to a dentist

How about you all try some of those crest whitening strips. Those work pretty well. They are about $25 dollars. You have to wear them twice a day for 30 minutes and 2 weeks.
