too much going on, you need to see somebody who will go back to the beginning and work thru all your complaints. Reynauds is a circulatory disorder, not necessarily nerve based.

Dear, Raynaud's disease affects the blood vessels in the fingers, toes, nose, lips and ear lobes. It has nothing to do with the nerves. If ur having numbness and tingling in ur hand, it COULD be carpal tunnel. If u have doubts about ur dr's diagnosis, see another dr for a second opinion. Here is some info on Raynaud's.

You need to print out your post and take it with you to see a new doctor, who can assess your health from scratch. You should not have to hurt like that.

Schedule your appointment with an internal medicine specialist (an MD who specializes in the major organs and life systems of the human body.)

You have depression too.
Whatever may it be, there is no medicine on asthma, or tingling or cold feeling and you must approach a skilled acupuncturist. Your problem will be solved there.
For depression please give up the fear in your mind. Fear will lead you to death eventhough it is not there. So face the situation boldly. Everybody has to pass away one day, then why to fear?

See your doctor, they would know exactly what to do, especially since you have asthma, it's even more important.
