Put it in a knee high nylon sock next time. It won't let the oats get into you drain or on you.

Yeah it is right to put oatmeal in your bath water if yo have a skin complaint and it works really well. What you need to do is put the oats in a stocking and hang it from your taps and let the water run over it and then it will soak in your bath. You won;t get lumps of porridge all over you then. There are shops who sell this done for you for arounf £4.99 but if you do as I said it will cost you about 10p, really hope this helps you

Try to buy it in the beauty section with the other bath salts, ect. It is finely ground and is not the cooking kind of oatmeal that will cook in the bathtub and clog the drain.

there are many types of oatmeal baths sold at the drug store for psorasis, it does help ease the itchy sensation temporarily, but I would suggest asking your doctor about a few creams that are rx but they work better and you dont have to clean the tub after useing it :) hope this helped

try putting the oatmeal in a cheese cloth or some other thin cloth and tie it up and put in there. even an old pillow case or sock could work. good luck. also try lotion w/oatmeal in it

There is a product called Aveeno which is oatmeal based. Perhaps this is what you should have been using.
