I am 13 and I don't like my wieght. It's not that I'm fat or think I am it's just that I want to tone up my butt and thighs and possibly my stomach a little. Do anyone have any excersizes or diets I could use two help me? If you give me an excersize please tell me what it will help me with and a description on how to do it. Thank you.

Good news
I'm about the same age
and the same thing w/me. im 5 ft and weigh 100
So what i've done, is, stopped w/junk food, just occasionally, and started up tennis. I've also started jogging, and drinking more water, vs. the soda. and it doesn't matter where you have the fat. You have to lost fat overall, so that's why jog(for about half an hour). and do crunches for stomachs, squats and/or lunges for thighs and ...well google butt excercises, and you should be fine :)

Don't ever diet it messes up your body and you don't want to do that at such a young age. Instead change your eating habits like eat more fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water. No pop. Don't overeat. Start lifting weights and doing sit-ups. You will start to see your body change. When you start adding muscle your body will start burning more calories. And for other exercises swim, ride bike just have fun. Please just dont worry to much I think that your weght is fine.

Hi Star1,
I have very good news for you. There is an exercise method that will not only trim and firm your areas of your body that you mentioned, but will firm and trim your entire body.
The National Aeronautical and Space administration (NASA) used to use treadmills for conditioning their astronauts, but they switched to the newest, latest, and most complete super workout system known to mankind.
NASA referes to rebounding as the Miracle Exercise and says that rebounding is 68% more effective than using a treadmill.
Rebounding, or bouncing on a mini-trampoline, exercises not only every muscle group in the body, but actually exercises your internal organs, and they say it as much as reverses the aging process.
You can buy a re bounder to get started from WalMart, as they have a good starter unit for around $19.95. . . . .or:
Click on: http://www.urbanrebounding.com/
and you will get good information and see the rebounder that I use. J.B. Burns is an ex navy seal and practicing martial artist and knows about physical conditioning.
I workout daily, and it is fun, with no stress like most exercises. I usually bounce for 15 minutes, and that is equivalent to running one mile. I like to watch my favorite TV shows while rebounding.
Enjoy, and be happy with the soon to come, " New You". I imagine all your girlfriends will be wanting to know what your secret is.
