hi friend, which is the best exercise between these two-30 minutes of cycling(exer-cycle) per day or 30 minutes of brisk walking per day? which is the most beneficial to the health?....especially for diabetic patients.....

I am not in the medical profession but I believe that if you live in an area with little pollution the brisk walking is best.

1. Fresh air
2. It is good to get outdoors
3. The view is better

i think it is better to brisk walking instead of exer-cycle because for walking u have to go out and breathe in much more and pure air.

I would have to say cycling. Because you have the resistance on your legs which will burn more calories and you will most likely pedal faster than you would walk, so your heart rate will stay in the target range more.
