Hun,
When God created man, She was just joking!
We have always been the equal of our male counter parts, problem is that we have this stupid nurture gene defect and we think that the happiness of the male ego is our responsibility.
Just grin and bear it, and bravo for the example you are setting my grand daughters!
Bless ya!
Good Luck

My first response...Liar! LOL! Betcha can't! Betcha didn't! Betcha never will! LOL!
You flaunted it right now! You did nothing but brag right here. Prime example. Quit bragging. You're competing with those same men you say have a problem with you. You sound slightly full of yourself. You said you are 5'2". You didn't say what you weigh though. Are you a mini bulldog? LOL! No offense, you asked. The men probably feel like you are way too braggy and competitive. Why compete and brag? Besides, why does it bother you so much anyway? Who cares?
I bet if you could show off your skills at trying to juggle two toddlers, one infant, a diaper bag, your purse, 3 carseats, chicken parmesan ready by 5:00 for your husband who will be ready for some activity at bedtime, oh yeah, after you feed the kids, wash the dishes, do 5 loads of laundry, balance the checkbook, bathe the kids, read them bedtime stories that they will enjoy listening too...and all of that, without losing your temper or mind, maybe they will see that you are truly a tough woman and not just out to show that men are wimps. If you can do that coupled with all the talents and acheivements you just bragged about, then the men and everyone else you know will just be in awe of you. Your bragging is a real turn off. Ego crusher is a compliment coming from men and you know that. Bragging again.
I scored 16.9 in the 3rd grade, was also skipped twice in grade school and was out of high school at the age of 16. I couldn't attend college because foster children get nothing from the county. I kick *** on a pool table, dart board, and poker. I also learned to play guitar at the age of 11, earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which is the most powerful karate in the world, competed in international and national tournaments and always placed for freestyle fighting, am an awesome shot on moving targets, can drive a sand rail in the big dunes, ride a motorcycle, waterski on one ski, rollerskate without ever falling down, be mulatto and survive without ever fighting in South Central Los Angeles growing up, can cook, sew, embroider, crochet, knit, write, sing like a bird, make jewelry, paint and, after giving birth to four beautiful kids without leaving any stretchmarks, I look incredible and fit for my age. I am only 5' and weigh 100 pounds. Oops, did I fail to mention that I was a track star all through school? Oops, sorry. I let me get away with my vanity.
Now that was irritating, wasn't it? When it boils down to it. When you are done with the military or physically not able to compete with everyone anymore, what will you have left? Glory days to brag about and nobody that will want to listen.

Hi
You need to understand the men in general. While i say that there are men who are open minded but they are in minority. I certainly like a girl who is so successful and positive.
Congratulations for what you are and all the best for what you wanna get done in life!

The way the question is worded might put off some people, but I know what you really meant.
If they are intimidated, you have to show them you are on their level in some way, without compromising your values and beliefs, if you want good friendships with them. Show them you're a sweet human too, not a high performance machine.

They instinctively prefer women who are weaker than they are. Otherwise, it's emasculating. But don't let it worry you. I think it's much more fun to crush male egos than boost them. Just stay smart and keep fighting the good fight.

"Better" than them? Here's a thought; maybe they are turned off by your claims of superiority like this one..maybe your ego is out of control.
