"Don't take yourself so seriously" was great advice to me. (It worked!)

On the start of my professional career, I was always stressed about work and think of nothing but it. When a new project manager joined the team to manage the late project I was working on, and at the door of the elevator when we were leaving one day he looked at me and asked: "Do you think about the problem we are having at home?" I proudly answered: "YES!" He replied with words I will never forget: "That's very bad!"

From that day, I try my best to separate life and work, second is only part of the first. And people dont really appreciate your continuous complains by the way :)

1) Always know where your handbag is: from my mother.
2) When in a dilemma, go with your gut feeling: from experience.

And the best by far:
3) Use things, love people--not the other way around.

To laugh at everything no matter what comes my way, even if it comes as radioactive, negative ionic material.

Or basically put Laugh at Danger and you'll live Forever!

Do not have the habit of going over to your your neighbor's house frequently unless they invite you over (for dinner or something), because if they find something valuable missing, they will think of you..........are you the one who stole it?
