I just converted your weight to pounds, so I can understand how much weight you're talking about. I will give you my answer in pounds, then I will convert it.
First of all losing any more than two pounds per week is not only unhealthy, but also a waste of time, since all of it will come back plus interest!
You want to lose 30 pounds, that's 15 kilos. So that's 1 kilo per week or 15 weeks. Today is November the 12th. 15 weeks from now is mid March, just in time for short sleeve and shorts weather. PERFECT!!! ;o) Here's how you do it:
Picture your plate for 3 meals per day, NOTHING in between those meals but tea or water.
The plates should have 1/4 lean protein (eggs or egg substitute), chicken breast or lean pork or beef, but not round beef.
Another 1/4 is WHOLE grains (whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, couscous, lentles, etc.)
The other half is going to be steamed veggies (never over cook your veggies, eat them while they still have a little bite to them, they're more nutritious and more tasty. Potatoes are not allowed until you reach your goal weight)
That's all Oh, the height of each portion on the plate can be no higher than the height of a deck of cards.
If you're still hungry (you may be for the first 3 or 4 days, then it gets EASY), then you can add what I call your free vegetables. These veggies are ONLY the following ones and you can eat unlimited portions of them, but remember it's only these that you can have unlimited portions of:
Green beans, celery, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, brussle sprouts.
High starch veggies that should be limited until weight goal is reached are : carrots, corn, peas, and avoid potatoes all together until weight is stabilized at 60 kilos, and even then must go easy on them.
NO SUGAR, NOTHING FRIED.
If you take a weight bearing exercise class or just follow a video at home 5 times a week or more, you'll make slimming figure not get saggy and stay frim and attractive.
that's all. I hope you will have great success. this is an easy and healthy nad realistic way to lose 15 kilos and keep it off. perfect time to start. When you reach your goal weight you can re introduce a little sugar and add ground beef and more starchy veggies, but all in MODERATON. you'll be 160 by mid March and the weight will STAY off.

Working out and eating well is the only way to lose weight. When working out use the FITT method.
F = Frequency - how often you workout. At least 3-4 times a week

I = intensity - How hard you train

T = time - for how long . Usually cardio 40 to 60 min. Lifting weight should done by circuit training. The will raise your cardio and increase your strength. As your muscle work and move you burn calories. Hours after your done they still will burn calories. Lifting weights is great!

T = type Cardio , Weight lifting , biking , walking and so on.

Losing weight is tough . Typically a person should lose no more than 2lbs in any give week. This is the healthy way to do so.

The main thing with any Goal loosing weight or any other health goal is to decide why you want to achieve it.

Once you have decided why, (what your motivation is) then you need to get commited to it.

I suggest you go through a series of questions to get to the real motivation of why you want to loose weight.

For example what will it mean to you.

Why is it worthwhile for you.

Loosing weight can be fun it just depends how you view you goal and of course the end result, successful achievement of loosing the weight will be the ultimate reward.

It is good to tell someone a close friend that can support you and help you stay commited to your goal.

You will have stayed true to yourself by following you plan to loose weight and you will feel better both physically and emotionaly.

You can do it you just need to want to do it enough good luck.

Exercise and dieting go hand-in-hand. In order to see true progress you need to incorporate both into a new and healthy lifestyle.

What I suggest is this, try to limit your meals to the three basic ones each day (e.g., breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Avoid white rice, pasta, and fruit juices for dinner as they are harder to burn in the evening because of a natural decrease in activity. (e.g., lying around, sleeping, etc.)

Most of all, try to to weigh yourself each day. Do it once a week. That way, you will not set yourself up for failure or become easily discouraged.

Hope this was able to help. Good luck!

I really like both fruits and fruit and vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event that it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

i'm the same height as you, and i weigh 60kg and consider myself to be overweight, i think you need to reduce slowly by about 2-3lbs a week, try cutting down on bad carbs, refined foods and fats, 2 slices of bread a day max, low fat spreads used sparingly, make a large pan of homemade vegetable soup, so when feeling peckish, theres something to eat thats good for you without diving into the fridge for something that is unhealthy! stick to lean meat if you have to eat it, and oily fish like mackerel and salmon no more than 3 times in aweek, always eat breakfast even if its just a low fat cereal, try cereals with oats and not wheat as this can bloat you up, have a probiotic yoghurt drink daily to give your stomache some good bacteria, i like muller vitality. hope this helps and good luck!

try excercising... maybe a little running, jogging, bending and the like... and proper diet helps! make sure to lessen on sweets and softdrinks which brings you more sugar and more fat. walking is the best way to excercise since it makes use of all parts of excercising...

you dont really necessarily have to tire yourself everyday or have a "hunger strike"... just eat healthily and have excercise regularly and you're on your way to 60 kg!

hope this helped! good day and God bless! (^^,)
