I planted some coconut trees in the back yard a few years back and have got fruit being produced. But I don't see a lot of birds and bees flying around to help with the polination. So how does it actually take place.

Pollination also takes place through the wind. Please see the webpage for more details on Coconut.

Coconuts and durians are programmed to drop so that humans do not have to climb to get to the fruit. God gave human the intelligence to know when not to walk under the trees when the fruits are about to fall.....and also gave humans the choice to use something for protection, but many humans do not go for that..... This has nothing to do with Adam and Eve... if they did not eat the forbiden fruit, they would not have any need to eat coconuts and durians ....
