I wrote him an email saying I miss him, he called me 5 days later apologizing for the delay as he was on a vacation and did not read his mail. He said he missed me too and he will call back. But it took me like forever last time and he did not call. So do you think he honestly misses me? Is it that he is busy so he does not call? He says "why would I call back if I did not care!". Please help.

I'm not sure about your relationship. You didn't know he was going on vacation? Does he work around computers at all? How long really does it take to send an email? Does he have a cell phone? He could call anytime. Driving, waiting for something. Sorry to say it but it sounds like he calls when he doesn't have anything better to do.

Sorry

Sure he cares about you.. He's just not ready to give up the other women.. Wants to make sure he will not go without.. Women are so naive.. you really think he misses you ? Now days with all these wifi and computers in truck stops.. If he really wanted to communicate with you he'd have no problem.. The only reason it takes him so long to get back to you is because that is the only time he can get away for the other women.. She probably has very tight controls on him because she knows how much he cheats and don't want to give him any opportunities to play around.. Dump him, he's not worth the trouble or thought.

There could be a psychological explanation to your Questoin. Some psychologist think, that men can concentrate on their business then women. A women can think all day long about the man and it will interfere her during the work, while man can "forget"about it during the work and concentrate on business. And this doesn't mean, that they don't care.
So, according to this, if your friend is really bussy, it can be that he really haven't managed to call you. So don't worry about that. Try not to be jealous, But try also not to loose a sence of realism. good luck!

No, this isn't what guys in love do. He called back to string you along.. don't waste your time on him. You need to do something about your self-esteem and move on to someone who treats you with respect. Waiting for him and letting him know you are waiting and willing to accept that behavior screams "I don't like myself and don't deserve good treatment" People treat us how we allow, don't allow it.

Sounds tricky, it could be either way. It also sounds like he is a bit difficult to deal with. Most I can tell you is, wait and see.

Its hard to tell. Wait and see if he calls you back this time.
If he doesn't than most likely he is not interested.

it's possible he's being honest. if u really wanna know, and if u wanna be sneaky about it, check spontaneously to see if he's online. if his status says he's available, IM him. if he answers, that's cool. if not, then forget about him
