Don't use that it's totally rubbish!
I've been using Advanced windowscare 2. Download and try it it's free!
It removes scanware and adware and prevents them being installed
Fixes invalid and incorrect registry entries.
Optimizes system configuration.
Scans and cleans up temporary files.
Erases history and surfing traces.
Detects and manages windows start up items.
It boosted my computers performance immediately and i've never had a problem with it...download it from here.

I have been using 'ccleaner' for over 2 yrs,it's good and it's free.
