i want to make 2 cheesecakes one strawberry and one cherry i want to put a chocolate crust on top of them and i want to use wine in the chocolate ill be using milk chocolate so..how much wine to put in the chocolate?

i need o know how much of wine to mix with the chocolate like..should i put 1 cup or 1\2? im aiming towards using pinot noir any idea how much to put in?

easier answer would be to just soak the fruit in an alcohol first

that would depend on if you are wanting a strong wine flavor or just a hint of it. i normally use a 5Th cup of wine to every 2 cups of chocolate.

I would not add wine but, brandy, Grand Marnier or some other liqueur. Wine just doesn't sound right.

If you use the wine the choclate will not set
