to people with Canon EOS 350D or Rebel Xt, does the camera has image stabilization like the latest camera?

i mean, does the stabilization is in the lens? or in the camera body?

The XT, the XTi, and ALL Canon dSLR cameras only have image stabilization in selected lenses. What the XTi has vs. all other Canon dSLR models is dust-removal.
A few Pentax models and the Sony A100 dSLR cameras have built-in image stabilization.
