I usually drink about 8 glasses of water per day but now i added a green tea bag in it. So i was wondering if it would be harmful or any side effects ?

It's actually very good for you, because of the anti-oxidants in it.
The only bad site effect it has is that if you drink a lot of it, you might have troubles getting to sleep, because of the cafeine. So don't drink it the whole evening.

Check out this site, it will give you the information you want to know.

Tea is very healthy but drinking too much is not recommendable. Since tea is diuretic, it drains away some vitamins out of your body such as calcium which can cause fragile bones; or osteoperosis. I think 8 "glasses" of green tea a day is a bit too much. Why don't you lessen it to 3-4 tea cups or glasses (depends on the size of your glass) a day?

green tea is an antioxident ... you should read the box to see if there are serving suggestions ... 8 glasses a day maybe excessive unless its weak ...

if you can't find anything on the box check with your doctor or call a nurse help line, they'll let you know.

I don't believe so.The green tea properties are excellent for you. The only thing you would want to do is watch the caffeine. Excessive caffeine will excrete vital nutrients that your body needs.
I drink a product from GNC called extreme tea. Very tasty and very little caffeine.
