Maybe a 6 as English is not his first language. When I heard him speak during his last title defense, I felt that he handled himself pretty well. From time to time, he would ask the interviewer to restate some questions that he had difficulty understanding. He also had some problems articulating some words in English and would pause or stutter. But this is understandable when 20,000 people are waiting to hear what you have to say.
